Daily work
- Calendar The day-to-day booking grid where your clinic schedules, moves, and reviews appointments.
- Appointments A searchable, filterable list of the clinic's appointments, for when the calendar grid is the wrong tool.
- Appointment detail Everything recorded about one appointment, and the place to move it through its status.
- Patient records The clinic's patient list — where you find an existing patient or add a new one.
- Patient profile A patient's demographic and contact details, including the fields the codice fiscale determines.
- Patient appointments One patient's appointments, split into what is still to come and what has already happened.
- Patient questionnaires The questionnaires sent to one patient, what they have returned, and whether their anamnesi is still valid.

- Billing The clinic-wide invoice list, with period totals and fiscal filters across every branch you can see.
- Pipeline The board where a clinic tracks prospective patients from first contact to a decision.
- Pipeline tags The clinic's shared list of coloured labels used to mark leads on the pipeline board.
- Medical procedure profitability What each procedure actually leaves the clinic once materials, lab work, and the practitioner's cut are taken off.
- Cashflow KPIs A month-by-month grid of the clinic's headline numbers, from new patients through to what was collected.
