The Overview page is the first thing you see after logging in. It replaces the calendar as your starting point, giving you a quick read on how your clinic’s setup is going and what’s happening today before you head into the rest of Kairo.
Milestones checklist
At the top of the page, a checklist tracks how far along your clinic is in getting fully set up: inviting a second teammate, configuring your first procedure, adding a second branch, uploading your clinic logo, and working through your first patient, appointment, questionnaire, quote, care plan, invoice, and payment.
You do not check anything off by hand — each item ticks itself off as you go about your normal work. Once every item is checked off, the checklist disappears from the page for good; it will not come back, even if something that satisfied an item later changes.
Today at a glance
Below the checklist, five counters give you a live snapshot: appointments today, appointments tomorrow, appointments for the rest of the week, your total active patients, and your total active teammates.
