A care plan is the working record of a course of treatment. Where a quote says what was proposed, the care plan follows it through: which treatments are done, who did them, and how much of the work has been paid for.
What you can do here
- Add a care plan with a title and a plan date.
- Attach quotes to the plan, and detach them again.
- Mark treatments completed, recording the staff member who performed them.
- Track progress on two meters: how many treatments are complete, and how much has been paid.
- Delete a care plan.
The list shows every plan on the record. Opening one is where the work happens.
Two ways to read progress
The paid meter can be shown as an amount in euro or as a percentage, and there is a toggle for it on both the list and the plan itself. The amount answers “how much money is in”; the percentage answers “how far through the quotes are we”. Neither is more correct — pick the one that answers your question.
Editing is automatic
The plan’s title, date, and note save themselves shortly after you stop typing. There is no save button, and a brief indicator shows when a save is in flight.
The branch is fixed
A care plan’s branch is locked once the plan is saved and cannot be changed afterwards. It also determines which quotes may be attached: only quotes belonging to the same branch are eligible.
Recording who performed a treatment
Marking a treatment complete requires naming the staff member who performed it. This is not bookkeeping for its own sake — the performer recorded here is what attribution elsewhere in Kairo relies on.
