An invoice exempt from VAT over €77.47 carries a €2.00 stamp duty (marca da bollo). A branch that settles it virtually records an Agenzia delle Entrate authorization on its billing settings, and every exempt invoice issued from then on prints the assolvimento-virtuale statement instead of a physical stamp.
This page is the annual declaration: it tells you, per branch, how many documents were issued with the virtual stamp in a given year and the total duty they carry, so you can file the declaration due by 31 January of the following year.
What you can do here
- Pick the branch whose declaration you are preparing — each branch declares its own documents, under its own Agenzia delle Entrate authorization. All branches shows the clinic-wide total across the branches you can see.
- Pick the year. The page opens on the current year and offers the two previous years.
- Read the two figures: how many documents were issued with the virtual stamp that year, and the total stamp duty they carry (€2.00 per document).
Who sees it
The page is gated like the rest of billing: you see the branches you are assigned to, and a branch whose invoices you cannot read contributes no figure here.
