Before a branch can send clinical documents to the FSE, Kairo needs to know who the sending facility is. This page captures that identity: the organisation’s name and address, its ISTAT comune, its legal identifier, and its regional structure code. It is reached from the branch detail page.
What you can do here
- Review the organisation details — name, address line, postcode, town, and the ISTAT comune, chosen from a searchable list.
- Record the legal entity — the partita IVA or the organisation’s fiscal code. At least one of the two is needed.
- Pick the regional structure code (codice struttura / ASL accreditation code) from the catalogue Kairo maintains.
- Watch the completeness indicator, which names each field still missing.
Most of it fills itself in
The organisation and legal-entity fields are pre-filled from the branch’s Billing Settings and branch details. If you type over a value, your entry wins and is kept even when Billing later changes. So this page is usually a review, not a re-entry.
Why completeness matters
The badge on the branch tells you whether this identity is complete. An incomplete structure identity is the thing to fix when a branch’s FSE documents are not progressing — this is the sender’s side of the record, captured once per branch rather than per document. The documents themselves are tracked on FSE documents.
Who can change it
Viewing and editing are separately gated. Staff who can view but not edit see the fields with a read-only note and no save button.
